Eleven a side football, which forms the vast majority of the season, is played in the following formats

HARRISON COUNTY LEAGUE - played by teams in the old county boundary. Each team plays each other once and the top four progress to the play offs to determine the Durham County Champions

DURHAM & NORTHUMBERLAND LEAGUE - involves teams from the counties of Durham and Northumberland. Teams play each other once with the top team in the league crowned champions

DURHAM & MEDOMSLEY KNOCKOUT CUP - the only knockout cup throughout the season played by teams in Durham County

FRIENDLIES - district football gives boys the chance to compete against teams from other parts of the country and, while we have a fairly full programme of competitive matches, friendly games are fitted in wherever possible
